A new tea time blog

This is my very first post for my new blog. I decided to create a special place where I could share the beauty of the garden and a cup of tea with my special blog friends...you! Because the beginning of all human life began in the wonderful garden God created, it only seems fit to begin my new blog in the garden He has blessed me with on this hilly piece of soil I call home.

It is a garden that is forever changing...becoming...growing...transforming; similar to the life He has breathed in me...always changing. I hope I can create a place you will feel welcome to visit often and share the simple enjoyment of a cup of tea and friendship.

May your days be filled with beauty~
Heart be filled with love~
Table filled with friends~
And
Teacup filled with blessings overflowing!

Charlotte

I stopped by a second-hand store this week and picked up this cute little ? I'm not sure what to call it. It looks like a teapot, but I've never had one like this before with the handle out the side. Does anyone know if it has another name?

I thought it was pretty and liked the colors of the flowers on the side.

The isle next to where I found the (?), I also found this doily that matched it perfectly!

Two discarded things that seemed to be made for each other. I like thinking about where they came from and who may have used them. Did they have tea parties with friends...children? I'd like to think they did.

I am happy to give them a new home:)

May you be blessed today by unexpected "treasures."

Treasures come in many ways,
Bringing beauty to our days.

Unexpected gifts we find.
Happy to receive this kind.

"Every good and perfect gift is from above."
